Free time and demurrage rules :
Same as railway owned wagons.In case wagons are detained for loading/unloading for more than 50% of the normal prescribed free time over a month, the guaranteed monthly supply of wagons will be reduced proportionately.
Termination of Agreement :
Ownership of leased wagons to remain with lessor.However, he shall have the option to sell the wagons to the lessee at a mutually agreed price.
